Parent Haven forms groups of expecting San Diego moms based on due date. We connect you online in a group chat and help you coordinate in-person meetups so you can get to know each other in real life.

Once you join an expecting moms group, you're part of that group going forward, meaning you have an understanding community during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.

Parent Haven is currently available in San Diego County (as well as several locations in California). If you live outside of San Diego County, we still recommend signing up, so we can notify you when we expand to your area.

Yes! Anyone who identifies as an expecting mom is welcome to join.

In the San Diego area, we currently only have groups for moms who are expecting in May 2026 onward, but that may change in the future.

Yes, we encourage expecting dads to join, as well. Some expecting dad groups take longer to form due to lower demand, but we support all parents.
